RENTAL TERMS SUMMARY
- Typical collection & return times between 9am and 6pm 7 days
- After hours service available upon request
- 1 day is classified between 9am and 6pm. Any rent in excess of this is 2 days rent.
- Bookings Confirmed within 1 hour of Booking Request
- SUV & Sportscar Minimum Driver age 25 years old
- Supercar Minimum Driver Age 30 years old
- Delivery Fee calculated at Additional KM rate multiplied by KM from depot
- Minimum Delivery Fee $150 per way
- 100-150km included per day of hire
- Additional KM charged between $2.00 and $15.00 per km depending on level of vehicle
- Full Rental payment required to secure booking
- Full & Current Australian or International Drivers Licence required
- Submission of Drivers Licence, Medicare Card & Bank Card prior to arrival
- Security Bond paid by Bank Transfer 2 days prior for cleared funds
- Security Bond paid on arrival by Debit or Credit card incur a 3% non-refundable surcharge
- Security Bond released 5 business days after return of vehicle unless damaged
- Detailed vehicle photos taken at Check Out & Check In of vehicle
- Customer advised to take their own photos for records
- Fuel Tank to be returned full or same level as started with
- Unleaded vehicles must be replaced with 98 Octane fuel from BP or Shell stations
- Fuel replacement charged at $4.00 per litre deducted from Security Bond
- Tollway Use plus 20% Administration deducted from Security Bond
- If vehicle returned with small damage we only charge cost of damage
- Wheel damage charge at $550 minimum
- Smoking Fee charged at $1000 (smoking prohibited)
- Child Seat charged at $250
- Pet Hair charged at $250 (pets prohibited)
- Vehicle to be returned in ‘reasonably clean’ condition
- Excessive Cleaning charges may be applicable
- If Vehicle Damage Exceeds the Security Bond amount the bond will not be refunded
- If under the influence of drugs or alcohol you will be liable for the total damage costs
- If violating the driving laws you will be liable for the total damage costs
- Speeding, Reckless, Off Road or Racing use is prohibited
- Vehicle must remain within the State without prior consent
- All Vehicles are monitored by intelligent GPS tracking systems
- Cancellations are not refundable
